• Any (PI), (CI) or (SPI) gathered over "ddavistransports.com" will be collected solely with the purpose of "us" connecting/ communicating with our customer base.
• Any Payment information will not be collected over website currently.
• Any and all information gathered will not be shared beyond the personnel of D. Davis Transports LLC.

Personal Information (PI) is any information that can be used to identify an individual. Examples include: Name, Address and contact information.

When Personal Information relates to our clients, it's escalated to the  classification of Confidential Information.

Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) is Personal Information that is, by it's name, considered highly sensitive and therefore requires greater care.  Common examples of SPI are credit or debit card information, driver's license numbers, bank account numbers.

Confidential Information (CI) includes both Personal and other Business Information that also requires greater care.
